Community rules
The short version
Palm Social is a friendly place to hang out, build and create. Be kind, keep it safe, and play fair. These rules apply to your display name, chat, homes, artwork, guestbook entries and everything else you share.
Be kind
Treat other players the way you’d want to be treated. Disagreements happen — keep them respectful.
Not allowed
- Harassment or bullying — threats, insults, stalking, spamming someone, or getting others to pile on.
- Hate — attacking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar.
- Sexual content — in chat, names, art or homes. Anything sexual involving minors is reported to the authorities.
- Scams — tricking players out of coins or items, fake giveaways, phishing links, or pretending to be staff.
- Sharing personal information — yours or anyone else’s: real names, addresses, phone numbers, school, social media or photos.
- Cheating — bots, scripts, macros, hacked clients, exploiting bugs, or running multiple profiles to farm coins. If you find a bug, report it to support@playpalmsocial.com.
Report and block
If something breaks these rules, use the in-game Report tools on the player, message or artwork, and Block anyone you don’t want to hear from. Reports are reviewed by our moderators; content reported by several players may be hidden automatically until it is checked. For anything the tools don’t cover, email support@playpalmsocial.com.
What happens if you break the rules
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, give a warning, mute you, or suspend or permanently ban your profile. Serious cases — such as threats or anything that puts a child at risk — can lead to an immediate ban and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities. If you think we got it wrong, contact support@playpalmsocial.com.
