We rewrote the Palm Social community rules so they are short, clear and written for a 13-year-old reader. The short version is three things:
- Be kind. No bullying, harassment, hate or ruining other people's fun on purpose.
- Stay safe. Keep personal information private, keep conversations in the game, and no online dating. Anything that puts a young player at risk leads to a permanent ban.
- Play fair. No cheating, bots, scams, exploits or trading coins and items for real money.
The rules apply everywhere in town: names, avatars, chat, direct messages, homes, shops and anything you create.
Reporting and blocking
Use the in-game Report and Block tools. Reports are confidential, and a person reviews them, starting with the most serious.
Consequences and appeals
Small mistakes usually get a warning. Repeated or serious ones lead to mutes, suspensions or a permanent ban. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal by email within 30 days.
